All the medical technology in the world, and we remove a nail from a guy’s head with a claw hammer? I have my suspicions about that aspect, but it’s damn funny. Unless you’re the one with the nail.

I have used nail guns for years working around my house. I would guess that I have shot 5,000 nails. In all that time and not being a professional, I managed to only shot 1 nail into… my thumb. (hurts like hell) I cannot imagine a scenario without alcohol or rednecks that could result in shooting a framing nail into a skull.
